Do I need an appointment?

No, we are happy to see you with or without an appointment. However we recommend you book one just so you are guaranteed your time with us. You can call us or book online.

Can I pay with a debit or credit card?

No, we are CASH ONLY. There are plenty of ATMs within a block of our location if you need one.

What is your late/cancellation policy?

If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we may have to reschedule your appointment depending on our availability.

We ask that you cancel your appointment with as much notice as you can. We understand life happens, and that is not always possible. Just please respect our time as we respect yours.

Do you provide parking?

No. We are located in the heart of the Financial District. There is very limited street parking, as well as several paid garages within a block of our location.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes! Please stop by the shop to purchase one.
